This Agreement, dated as of (hereinafter referred to as the "2007-2011 Agreement") is between the Clifton-Fine Central School District (hereinafter referred to as the "District") and the Clifton-Fine Education Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Association"). Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the provisions of this Agreement shall be effective upon signing.
