The purpose of the Agreement is to establish a working relationship between the parties whereby Vestech, LLC will secure work from proprietary sources for the Installation, and related work, of Viasat materials and services at residential and commercial locations, assign appropriate work to Contractor and upon confirmation of the completion of work according to applicable standards, pay Contractor as set out herein.
