(“Hanwha SolarOne”) warrants to the original buyer (the “Buyer”) that the standard photovoltaic modules of Hanwha SolarOne (the “PV Modules”) shall be free from any defect in materials and workmanship that has an effect on module functionality under normal application, installation, use and service conditions as specified in Hanwha SolarOne’s standard product documentation as updated from time to time (the “Product Documentation”).
