JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2016 (With Contractor’s design) Contract Date: 20 This Agreement records the terms of a contract made between the parties identified as the Contractor and Employer below. The Agreement incorporates the conditions and supplemental conditions of the JCT Minor Works Building Contract with Contractor’s design 2016 Edition as amended by the following provisions and schedules.This Agreement sets out the entire agreement and understanding of the Parties and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, understandings or arrangements relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.This Agreement shall not be amended, modified or supplemented except in writing by duly authorised representatives of both Parties.
