This research software license agreement (this “Research License Agreement”) in respect of RaySearch Laboratories AB (publ)’s treatment planning system RayStation® is made as of the same date as the acceptance of the Quotation (as defined hereinbelow), between [Company name of Distributor] (“Distributor”) and the [Insert name of Clinic] (“Clinic”). Distributor and Clinic are herein referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
