This document is to be read in conjunction with the Ontario Underground Infrastructure Notifications System Act 2012 (the Act) and its regulations. In the case of any variance or conflict in any area between any term and/or condition of this agreement and those of the Act and its regulations, this agreement shall be subordinate to the Act and its regulations in all such areas, and the Act and its regulations shall prevail; to which both parties shall acknowledge and agree to by signing this agreement where required on page 15.
