This Vehicle Rental Agreement (the “Vehicle Rental Agreement “) entered into between Rock-N-Ron’s Hot Rod Rentals (“RNR”), and the individual(s) completing this paper/ electronic/ online application (“You” or “Renter”). This Vehicle Rental Agreement will be effective as of the date RNR accepts this application (the “Effective Date”). RNR and the Renter(s) are also referred herein as “Party” in the singular or “Parties” in the plural. This Vehicle Rental Agreement and the Rental Terms and Conditions accepted by Renter and the incorporated herein by reference are referred to herein as the “Agreement”.
