The City University of New York has developed the CUNY Hub for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, located at 215 West 125th Street, New York, New York (the “Hub”), to assist CUNY faculty and others in incubating start-‐up companies and bringing new ideas and products to the marketplace. Start-‐up companies who wish to use the Hub’s address as their mailing address, but will not otherwise have a physical presence at the Hub or use its services, must complete this application.
