THIS AGREEMENT, made as of , 2016, by and between THE CITY OF FOLEY, MINNESOTA, a public body corporate and politic (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) and POUCHTEC INDUSTRIES, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Developer”).
