This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiff Melissa Furman and Justin Borgersen (“Plaintiffs”) and defendant ONP Snow Mountain, LLC (“ONP”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiffs and ONP collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
