This MEMBER GENERAL AGENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page for this Agreement by and between Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (“MLIC”), an insurance company organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York and the person or entity designated as the Member General Agent on the signature page of this Agreement (“Member General Agent”).
