This agreement, effective September 1, 2004, is made and entered into by and between the North Carolina School of the Arts Performance Facilities Management, Winston Salem, North Carolina, hereafter referred to as “Management” and the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees and Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO and CLC, Local 635 of Winston-Salem, Lexington and Thomasville North Carolina, hereafter referred to as “the Union”.
