DOSE AND ADMINISTRATION Donepezil: Initially 5mg once a day at bedtime, increased if necessary after one month to a maximum 10mg once a day.Rivastigmine: Initially 1.5mg twice a day, increased in steps of 1.5mg twice a day at intervals of at least two weeks, according to response and tolerance.
