This MOU is a compilation of the goals, policies, and procedures intended to be followed by the parties working together in a coordinated manner to enhance traffic operations along the Interstate 80 (I-80) corridor in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. This MOU is intended to identify the overall commitment and responsibilities regarding ownership, operations, and maintenance of the various equipments installed as part of the I-80 Integrated Corridor Mobility (ICM) Project.
