THIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of , 2018, by and between the Seabrook Economic Development Corporation, situated in Harris County, Texas ("SEDC"), and BlueLine Rental LLC., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 8401 New Trails Dr., Suite 150, The Woodlands, TX 77381, doing business at 2626 Bayport Blvd., Seabrook, Texas 77586, (“Owner” or "Developer" or “BlueLine”). SEDC and Owner are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the "Parties."
