In entering this Contract, the Department relies on the representations contained in the “Non Responsible Party Application for Voluntary Cleanup Contract" of December 8, 2022, and any amendments thereto, by Marriott Ownership Resorts, Inc., which is incorporated into this Contract and attached as Appendix A.
