PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, is made as of August 28September 2, 1997, by and among Fidelity Investments Life Insurance Company ("Company"), on its own behalf and on behalf of Fidelity Investments Variable Annuity Account I, a segregated asset account of the Company ("Account"), Strong Variable Insurance Funds, Inc.
