This Research Collaboration Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between The Broad Institute, Inc., a non-profit Massachusetts corporation with an office at 415 Main Street, Cambridge, Massachusetts, 02142 ("the Broad") and the UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE COLOMBIA / FACULTY OF MEDICINE (“Collaborator”) located at Carrera 45 No. 26-85, URIEL GUTIERREZ BUILDING, 5 floor, Office 557, Bogotá, Colombia, an autonomous university entity of the national order, linked to the Ministry of Education, identified with NIT 899.999.063- 3. The Broad and Collaborator are referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
