The following terms constitute a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you, as an eligible Referrer or eligible referee, as applicable, of an eligible referral under the Worthy Property Bond Rewards Program (“you”) and Worthy Property Bonds, Inc., a Florida corporation, and any subsidiary of Worthy Property Bonds, Inc., (collectively “Worthy,” “we,” or “us”). This Agreement will govern all your acquisitions of Worthy Property Bonds (the “Worthy Property Bonds”) pursuant to Bond Rewards under the Worthy Property Bond Rewards Program that you may, from time to time, receive from Worthy. Prior to completing your acquisition of Worthy Property Bonds, by executing this Agreement, you acknowledge you have reviewed the Worthy Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), the Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), and the Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”) on the Worthy web site at worthybonds.com and any subdomain thereof (collectively, the “Worthy Site”).
