This Task Order is effective as of March 1, 2012, and is by and between the Public Building Commission of Chicago, a municipal corporation and unit of local government existing under the Constitution of the State of Illinois (“PBC”) on behalf of itself and the City of Chicago, a municipal corporation and home rule unit of local government existing under the Constitution of the State of Illinois (the “State”) and Motorola Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Vendor” or “Motorola”) and is issued under and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Master Agreement, dated January 19, 2011, between the PBC and Vendor (the “Agreement”), except as noted below and is incorporated by reference therein. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
