This license agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you, a user of an iTero Scanner (“you” or “your”) and Align Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with an address at 410 N Scottsdale Rd #1300, Tempe, AZ 85281, United States of America, and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively referred to as “Align”, “us” or “we”). Capitalized terms not defined within this Agreement are defined in Exhibit A.
