MSM Ventures LLC, a California limited liability company, doing business as VARE Management (“VARE”) would like to thank our renters, customers, guests, and other users (collectively “Renter(s)”, “your” or “you”) for being a Renter. VARE is a management company that offers privately owned (“Owner”) short-term real property rental opportunities (“Rental Property” or Rental Properties”) to Renters. This short-term rental terms of use agreement (“Agreement”, “Rental Terms of Use” or “Rental Terms”) govern your use the Rental Property and of the websites mobile sites, applications, widgets, and other mobile interactive features (the “Website(s)”), which are owned or operated by VARE.
