WHEREAS, SCHOOL desires to initiate Debit Entries through FI for payment of money from the accounts of certain SCHOOL customers and other parties (“Customers”) maintained at FI and other financial SCHOOL (“Accounts”) directly or indirectly by means of ACH Entries.
