This is an Agreement between you and American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. ("American Express") regarding the CreditSecure® Monitoring Product ("Product"), including, without limitation, your access to and use of the products and information made available to you as part of the Product, including without limitation: (a) credit reports, credit scores and other related information (collectively, "Credit Monitoring"); and (b) calculators, credit resources, text, pictures, graphics, logos, button items, images, works of authorship and other information and all revisions, modifications, and enhancements thereto (collectively the "Content"). You agree that you have reviewed the information in your membership materials and that you understand that your American Express® Card account will be automatically charged at the current monthly or annual price.
