Accepted Waste means waste which Lantrak is licenced to receive at the Waste and Storage Facility as allowable waste under licence, pursuant to The Sustainable Planning Act 2009 (and successive and complimentary legislation), the Waste Reduction and Recycling Regulation 2011, all relevant Environmental Legislative Requirements, Permits and Regulations and in accordance with Clause 3 of the Agreement as material exclusively defined as Construction and Demolition Waste.
