AGREEMENT YES NO I/WE accept responsibility for the payment of all program fees (by monthly direct debit or upfront payment) and understand payments are non-refundable (except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Club management). Make up lessons are available and can be confirmed with the Gymnastics Coordinator. I/WE accept that services will be suspended and enrolment cancelled if the account for program fees is not met in accordance with the Payment Agreement. I/WE understand that I may be invoiced for overdue fees, competitions, clothing items or other applicable charges for the gymnastics program, and agree to pay in accordance with the agreed Terms and Conditions. Iunderstand that failed payments/late payments may incur an administration fee of $25.00 per transaction
