Plaintiff Edwin Chaves (“Named Plaintiff”) and Defendants CyraCom International, Inc. and CyraCom LLC (“CyraCom” or “Defendants”) (collectively with Named Plaintiff, the “Parties”) hereby enter into this Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”) to resolve the wage and hour claims of Named Plaintiff and class and collective members (as defined below).
