This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between S&P Global Market Intelligence LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, successor-in-interest for the purposes of this Agreement to SNL Financial LC, (collectively, “SNL”) and the specific person or entity identified as the Licensee in the associated Quotation for Services or, as applicable, Renewal Notice (“Licensee”). This Agreement consists of this SNL Banker Solutions License Agreement, the Quotation for Services (“Quotation”) which includes the Statement of Work (“SOW”) attached to the Quotation, signed by Licensee and submitted to SNL (or, as appropriate, an accepted Renewal Notice as defined below), and any other agreement or notice referenced in the Quotation or Renewal Notice to which Licensee has access.
