In consideration of INTL FCStone Financial Inc. (“INTL FCStone”) accepting my account and agreeing to act as my carrying broker, I agree to the following with respect to any of my accounts with you for extensions of credit and the purchase and sale of securities, put & call options, and other property. This agreement shall not become effective until you in your Birmingham, Alabama office. Acceptance may be evidenced by internal records maintained by you. Throughout this agreement “I,” “me,” “my,” “we,” and “us” refer to the client and all others who are legally obligated on my accounts.
