EXCLUSIVE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into on , 2015 by and between Management Inc. (“Manager”) with an address at , and (the “Artist”) residing at . 1. ENGAGEMENT & TERM: (a) Artist hereby engages Manager as Artist’s sole and exclusive personal representative and manager for a period of two (2) years, commencing from the date hereof (hereinafter referred to as the “Initial Term”). Artist hereby grants Manager three (3) consecutive options to extend the term of this Agreement for an additional period of one(1) year each upon all of the terms and conditions herein, and each option shall commence automatically unless Manager submits notice to Artist to the contrary not later than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term. The Initial Term and any and all option periods of this Agreement shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Term”.
