This Agreement (as defined below) is entered into by and between the Qumu legal entity identified on the Order Form (as defined below) (“Qumu”) and the Client legal entity identified in the Order Form (the “Client”) which incorporates this Agreement. This Agreement sets out the terms upon which Qumu agrees to provide the Services (as defined below), including the Cloud Platform, to the Client.
