THIS AGREEMENT is made this _____ day of _________________, 20___, by and between _________________________ (hereafter referred to as “EMPLOYEE”) and digiAssist, Ltd., an Illinois Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “DIGIASSIST”). For purposes of this Agreement, DIGIASSIST shall mean and include DigitalCCT, CorpuLux or affiliates of DIGIASSIST; and any and all other divisions, and predecessor and successor corporations, subsidiaries and affiliated companies including limited liability companies, and other related partnerships, joint ventures and other business entities of any of the foregoing.
