Cox, individually and as representative of the Class defined below (“Cox”), and Porsche Financial Services, Inc. (“PFS”), and is subject to preliminary and final Court approval as required by Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, for the purpose of fully resolving all individual and Class claims that were or could have been brought against the Released Parties (as defined below) relating to the above-captioned action.
