The Historic Cowell Ranch Hay Barn, hereafter referred to as “Hay Barn,” serves as a multi-use facility, providing space for academic classes and conferences, space for campus and private gatherings, office space for CASFS Staff, and an entry point to the UCSC Farm. The facility is managed by the Center for Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems (CASFS) at UC Santa Cruz.
