The undersigned is an existing shareholder of Hines Global Income Trust who purchased Shares of Hines Global Income Trust’s common stock (“Shares”) dur- ing its initial public offering of Shares and, as such, has previously executed and delivered to Hines Global Income Trust a completed Subscription Agreement for such Shares (“Original Subscription Agreement”).
