The Town of Falmouth and the Falmouth Police Patrolmen’s Federation hereby agree to a new three-year contract to be in effect from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2020. Except as modified in this Memorandum, the terms and conditions of the old contract will be carried forward into the new contract. Exact language for inclusion in the integrated agreement shall be set off in 10-point type or in quotes; other language in the agreement represents agreements by the parties which may or may not be included in the agreement as written.
