This Agreement for Purchase and Sale of Assets (the “Agreement”), dated as of October 3, 2013, (the “Execution Date”) is made and entered into by and among Forest Oil Corporation, a New York corporation, and Forest Oil Permian Corporation, a Delaware corporation
