Ltd., existing under the laws of the of Thailand and having its principle office at 128/279-280, 26th Floor, Payatai Plaza Building, Phyathai Road, Kwaeng Thung-Phyathai, Khet Rajthavee, Bangkok 10400, Thailand (“New Era” or “Licensee”)(individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
