APPLICATION and OPERATION of AGREEMENT 1. TITLE This Enterprise Agreement will be known as the City of Holdfast Bay and Alwyndor Aged Care Employee Enterprise Agreement (No. 2) 2010. 2. DURATION OF ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT This Enterprise Agreement will operate from the date of lodgement with the Workplace Authority (or its successor), and has a nominal expiry date of 24 June 2013. Despite this term the Enterprise Agreement will continue in force until superseded by a replacement Enterprise Agreement. 3. PARTIES BOUND The parties to this Enterprise Agreement are: • City of Holdfast Bay (Alwyndor Aged Care) (“the Employer”); and • The administration and clerical employees, except senior officers, who are paid by the Employer
