THIS AGREEMENT made on this day of , 2013 between the City of Rapid City, as fiscal agent for the Rapid City Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City, South Dakota 57701, hereinafter referred to as OWNER, and Felsburg Holt & Ullevig, hereinafter referred to as CONSULTANT. This project will encompass the preparation of the Box Elder Master Transportation Plan for the OWNER.
