This Intergovernmental Agreement (“IGA”) is entered into this 1st day of January 2024, by and between the Mesa Unified School District #4, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, (“District”) and the City of Mesa, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona (“City”) for the provision of emergency access to District campus surveillance systems by the Mesa Police Department. District and City may be referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
