This Agreement is by and between the TOWN OF SAN ANSELMO (hereinafter “TOWN”), and CSW/Stuber-Stroeh Engineering Group (hereinafter “CONSULTANT”). The TOWN and CONSULTANT may hereinafter collectively be referred to as “the Parties.” This Agreement shall become effective on the date on which it is fully executed by the Parties.
