This ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of June 22, 2018 ("Execution Date"), by and between Super League Gaming, Inc., a Delaware corporation, on the one and (the "Purchaser" or "SLG"), and Minehut, a sole proprietorship, on the other hand ("Minehut" or "Seller").
