By first using and then continuing to use the Fresh State LPG FOB, the Customer agrees that it is bound by these conditions as varied from time to time. These terms and conditions are integral to the contractual relationship between Fresh State and the Customer and between the Customer and the MMCS. The Customer must strictly observe all the terms and conditions of this Agreement which MMCS and Fresh State will strictly apply at all times and in all respects. Current terms and conditions of use can be obtained by contacting MMCS and requesting a printed copy. The following terms and conditions govern the use of the FOB issued to the Customer (Agreement):
