This Master License and Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the date set forth in the Purchase Order, Statement of Work, or similar document, between DCS Consulting, Inc., d/b/a cBEYONData, a Delaware corporation (“cBEYONData”), and the Ordering Activity under GSA Schedule contracts identified in the Purchase Order, Statement of Work, or similar document (“Customer” or “Ordering Activity”). cBEYONData and Customer are also referred to herein each as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
