entered into as of [ COMPLETE ], 2021 (“Effective Date”) by and between BIOBOT ANALYTICS, INC. (“Biobot”) and [Mariposa County Health & Human Services Agency](“Customer”) for the purpose of analyzing various targets in wastewater samples collected by or on behalf of Customer. The intent of the work will be to assist the Customer in understanding the presence of various human health indicators that are excreted in urine and stool, and inform rapid public health decision-making.
