In this agreement "you", "your", and "yours" refers to the person that has applied for and will be using the online banking services described in this agreement. "We", "us", "ours", and "Bank" refers to The Milford Bank. "Account" refers to the deposit and credit accounts you can access through The Milford Bank's online banking services (Services). These include all eligible Accounts that have been opened showing your name and social security number. Our Services is an electronic banking and information service, which permits you, by using your personal computer and your internet service provider, to access your deposit and credit Accounts through the internet using an internet browser. This agreement contains the terms and conditions governing our Services for which you have applied.
