VISPĀRĪGIE NOTEIKUMIGENERAL TERMS These General Terms (these “General Terms”) are between East Central Europe Limited Filiale Latvija (“Oracle”) and the individual or entitythat has executed this Master Agreement. To place orders subject to these General Terms, the two Schedules (as defined below) that are attached to these General Terms must be incorporated into these General Terms. If a term is relevant only to a specific Schedule, that term will apply only to that Schedule if and/or when that Schedule is incorporated into these General Terms. Šie Vispārīgie noteikumi (šie „Vispārīgie noteikumi”) ir starp Oracle East Central Europe Limited Filiāli Latvijā („Oracle”) un personu vai struktūru, kas noslēgusi šo Pamatlīgumu. Lai izdarītu pasūtījumus atbilstoši šiem Vispārīgajiem noteikumiem, diviem Pielikumiem (kā noteikts zemāk), kas ir pievienoti šiem Vispārīgajiem noteikumiem, ir jābūt iekļautiem šajos Vispārīgajos noteikumos.
