Tango Networks, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Tango Networks”) offers you, as an individual or a company on behalf of its employees (each and “End User”), the use of its Software only if you accept all the terms in this End-User License Agreement (the “Agreement”). Please read the Agreement carefully. By downloading, installing or using the Software, you accept the terms of this Agreement or represent that your employer has accepted the terms of this Agreement with respect to your use of the Software and you acknowledge that this Agreement becomes effective. If you are not willing to be bound by all the terms, do not download, install or use the Software. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to act for and to bind that company or legal entity to these terms.
