T&S Brass and Bronze Works, Inc. (“T&S”) desires to grant to the undersigned (“Licensee”) limited rights to use certain of T&S’ trademarks and copyrighted materials to support the Licensee’s advertising, marketing, distribution and selling of certain T&S products (the “T&S Products”), and Licensee desires to use the same for this purpose; therefore T&S and Licensee hereby enter into this Limited License Agreement (this “Agreement”) as of the date below.
